Mark hoped for the end of the nightmare, remembering how the death of his first wife Delphine was an electrocution accident. After more suspicious deaths from the list, and Zachary's non-fatal poisoning plus the fatal one of the police detective who openly suspects Mark, he finally believes as the latter insisted that the sorcery David invoked actually works. Believing his spoiled second wife turned them on him, he goes ask the witches to change the spells. Her death changes nothing, Mark gets hair loss but finds out the 'witches' are innocent frauds, the real culprit...
