The Game Awards 2021 dobiegło końca. W trakcie wydarzenia nie tylko zapowiedziano nowe produkcje, ale też przyznano nagrody tym, które pojawiły się na rynku w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy. Jeszcze przed rozpoczęciem samej gali ujawniono, że nagrodę graczy zdobyło Halo Infinite, wyprzedzając m.in. tytuł takie, jak Forza Horizon 5 i It Takes Two. To ciekawa sytuacja, biorąc pod uwagę, że gra oficjalnie ukazała się na rynku dopiero 8 grudnia, ale wcześniej, bo już w listopadzie, udostępniono darmowy tryb multiplayer.
